Do I need to buy mailboxes from you?
No. Armada connects your existing SMTP/IMAP inboxes from any provider. On the Managed plan we’ll set up and warm domains and mailboxes for you as part of the service.
Why no open or click tracking?
Tracking pixels and rewritten links are among the strongest spam signals for modern inbox providers. We optimize for replies and deliverability instead, so your domains stay healthy and your emails actually land.
How is the Agency setup different from Solo?
Solo gives you one workspace for your own outbound. Agency adds unlimited isolated client companies, fleet-wide dashboards, team roles, and white-label options — a true command center for running outreach as a service.
How does Armada protect my sending reputation?
Every send flows through a rate limiter that enforces per-mailbox daily caps, spreads volume across your healthiest inboxes with natural jitter, and automatically pauses inboxes showing trouble. You physically can’t blow past safe limits.
Can I move up from Solo to Agency later?
Yes — upgrade any time and your data comes with you. Many customers start Solo for their own outreach and switch to Agency when they begin sending for clients.
