CAIOS includes CRM and sales capabilities, but it is broader than a traditional CRM. The platform is designed to connect the entire customer lifecycle with communication, project delivery, operations, reporting, and AI-supported workflows.
Is CAIOS an ERP?
CAIOS shares some objectives with enterprise resource-planning systems, but it is designed as a modular operating environment for growing businesses and multi-company organizations. The appropriate architecture depends on each organization’s needs.
Can CAIOS replace our current software?
CAIOS may replace certain disconnected systems while integrating with others. Replacement decisions should be based on the company’s workflows, requirements, implementation priorities, and operational risks.
Does CAIOS operate autonomously?
CAIOS can automate specifically approved workflows and allow AI agents to assist with authorized tasks. Important actions can remain protected by human approvals, access permissions, and defined authority boundaries.
Can AI agents send emails?
Authorized agents and workflows may prepare or send communications when the necessary provider connection, permissions, approval requirements, and safety controls are in place.
Does a reply to cold outreach automatically create a client?
No. A reply moves the prospect into the CRM and sales process. A Client Center record should be created only after the prospect formally converts into a customer.
Is CAIOS available to the public?
CAIOS is currently being introduced through a controlled private implementation program.
Is CAIOS self-service?
Not currently. Guided implementation helps ensure that workflows, permissions, integrations, and AI responsibilities are configured around the company’s actual operations.

No. CAIOS may organize information and assist with approved workflows, but it does not replace licensed legal, accounting, tax, financial, or regulatory professionals.
